VINE AND BRANCH
The Meaning
The name "Vine and Branch" comes from a passage in the Bible where Jesus says to His followers,
"I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing."
John 15:5
The fruit that Jesus talks about is a life that is full of
good works, marked by a growing love,
kindness, grace, patience, joy, peace.
One of the primary and important ways that I see this business is as an opportunity to serve others and let Jesus bear good fruit through my life that pleases God and blesses others. I wanted a name that would embody that idea
and help me not lose sight of it.
My name is Perry, and after being in the industry for over 10 years, I decided to start Vine and Branch Carpentry and Renovations. As a carpenter, renovator, and contractor, I love my job. I love building things, problem solving, new challenges, and the satisfaction that comes from a finished project.
I also love using my work skills to help friends and neighbours. I'm excited for the opportunities to meet and serve others in our city.
